Cork Capping

technical-1-1-wine-cork-stThe capping station is composed of a column in which the cap grippers are installed. The grippers are made of tempered and polished stainless steel, with steady and soundless functioning avoiding cork tearing.
One set of bottle lifting pistons allow the capping phase.
In case of no container, the head release the cap.
The caps distributor automatically and continuously feeds the chute and it is equipped with a “no cap” sensor.
